Clayton County Conservation and the Turkey River Recreational Corridor are pleased to host the Elkader City Park Disc Golf tournament, taking place on Friday, June 2nd, 2017 at 6:00 PM!
Proceeds will go towards the construction of a high-quality, 18-hole course to be constructed at Osborne Park.
This tournament welcomes players of all skill levels, with CASH PRIZES for male and female winners and runners up.
“Turkey River Recreational Corridor” commemorative discs will go to participants first-come-first-served while supplies last, so register early!
Shotgun Start with parties of 4 to 6, depending on the number of participants.
Players will play through the course twice making an 18-hole competition.
Parties will be chosen at random.
Each party will have a designated scorekeeper and scorecard.
No out-of-bounds, but some “mandos,” or mandatory flight paths (i.e. must go right of this tree, left of this sign, etc.).
Lowest scores after 18 holes wins!
Any ties will be broken with a sudden-death playoff, starting on hole #1
Optional $2 buy-in for Ace Fund. Ace Fund pays out 100%, or divided evenly in the event of multiple hole-in-ones. If no hole-in-ones occur, Ace Fund will go towards the event proceeds.
